Gabriel de Lucas Garden
I am currently a master's student in Mechanical Engineering at COPPE/UFRJ with a scholarship from Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). I received my undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFRJ in 2025. I have worked on the static structural analysis of marine risers, dynamics of offshore structures under diverse enrivonmental conditions and I am currently researching vortex-induced vibrations with a coupled Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian Finite Element Method approach using higher-order numerical schemes.
