Eduardo Dias Correa
My work explores functional analysis, computational modeling, heat transfer and applied fluid dynamics, with a focus numerical methods and simulations to solve problems in energy systems, environmental sustainability, etc. By integrating numerical algorithms and multiphysics coupling, i aim to bridge gaps between theoretical models and real-world engineering challenges. During my doctoral studies at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), I developed algebraic and numerical methodologies applied to nonlinear problems (radiation) in the context of variable thermal conductivity. As a postdoctoral researcher, I am expanding this groundwork to 2D/3D contexts and simulations in porous media.
